重复低频经颅磁刺激联合帕罗西汀对首发抑郁症患者的早期疗效观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨分析重复低频经颅磁刺激联合帕罗西汀对首发抑郁症的早期疗效。方法 70例首发抑郁症患者,随机分为实验组与对照组,每组35例。对照组使用帕罗西汀进行治疗,实验组在对照组基础上接受重复低频经颅磁刺激,比较两组患者治疗前后汉密尔顿抑郁量表24项(HAMD-24)总分及治疗1、2周后各因子评分。结果治疗前两组患者HAMD-24总分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1、2周后,两组患者HAMD-24总分均低于治疗前,且实验组明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗2周后,实验组HAMD-24评分中焦虑/躯体化及认知障碍2项因子评分分别为(3.08±0.87)、(2.12±1.18)分,明显低于对照组的(3.53±0.42)、(3.95±1.08)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重复低频经颅磁刺激联合帕罗西汀对首发抑郁症患者的早期疗效显著,值得推广。 Objective To investigate and analyze the early efficacy of repetitive low frequency transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with Paroxetine in the treatment of first-episode depressive patients. Methods A total of 70 patients with first-episode depressive were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Paroxetine, the experimental group was treated with repetitive low frequency transcranial magnetic stimulation on the basis of control group. The total scores of 24 items of Hamilton depression scale (HAMD-24) before and after treatment and the scores of each factors after 1 week and 2 weeks of treatment were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in the total score of HAMD-24 between the two groups before treatment (P〉0.05). After 1 week and 2 weeks of treatment, the total scores of HAMD-24 in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the total score of HAMD-24 in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P〈O.05). After 2 weeks of treatment, the scores of anxiety / somatization and cognitive impairment of HAMD-24 in the experimental group were (3.08 ± 0.87) scores and (2.12 ± 1.18) scores respectively, which were significantly lower than (3.53 ± 0.42) scores and (3.95 ± 1.08) scores in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Early efficacy of repetitive low frequency transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with Paroxetine in the treatment of first-episode depressive patients is significant and worth popularizing.
