微创下置管抽吸液化引流术治疗脑出血患者临床效果观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察微创下置管抽吸液化引流术治疗脑出血的临床效果。方法将脑出血患者63例随机分为观察组33例和对照组30例,对照组行内科保守治疗,观察组在此基础上使用微创下钻孔置管抽吸液化引流术,比较2组的临床疗效、神经功能缺损评分及并发症。结果观察组总有效率为93.94%均高于对照组的76.67%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=11.8963,P<0.05)。治疗前2组NIHSS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后1个月、3个月2组NIHSS评分均降低,且观察组NIHSS评分均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组各类并发症发生率比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论微创下置管抽吸液化引流术治疗脑出血安全有效,值得在临床上借鉴并推广。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of minimally invasive suction drainage in treatment of cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 63 patients with cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into observation group( 33 cases) and control group( 30 cases). Control group underwent conservative treatment in the internal medicine department. On the basis of this,observation group used minimally invasive suction drainage. The clinical efficacy,neurological deficit scores and complications of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 93. 94%,which was higher than76. 67% of control group,the difference was statistically significant( χ2= 11. 8963,P 〈0. 05). There was no significant difference in NIHSS scores between two groups before treatment( P〉 0. 05). The NIHSS scores of two groups were decreased at 1 month and 3 months after treatment,and the NIHSS scores of observation group were significantly lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant( P〈 0. 05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between two groups( P〉 0. 05). Conclusion Minimally invasive suction tube suction liquefaction drainage is safe and effective in treatment of cerebral hemorrhage,which is worthy of reference and promotion in clinical practice.
