中药治疗实热型复发性口腔溃疡临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of recurrent oral ulcer of excessive heat type

目的观察中药治疗实热型复发性口腔溃疡的临床疗效。方法选择2013年5月-2017年7月医院口腔科门诊就诊的实热型复发性口腔溃疡患者70例,采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各35例,治疗组用中药治疗,对照组用西药治疗。对比观察2组临床疗效。治疗前后记录并观察2组症状积分变化,如溃疡疼痛积分、口干口渴积分、便干便秘积分及中医证候积分。结果治疗组总有效率为94.29%明显高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.102,P<0.05)。其中治疗组心火上炎型和脾胃实热型患者的总有效率均为100.00%,均高于肝郁气滞型患者的88.24%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2组溃疡疼痛积分、口干口渴积分、便干便秘积分及中医证候总积分均下降,且治疗组下降幅度更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药治疗实热型复发性口腔溃疡有明显疗效,值得进一步推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of recurrent oral ulcer with excessive heat type. Methods 70 cases of recurrent oral ulcer of excessive heat type were selected from May 2013 to July 2017 in the outpatient department of the hospital. They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each of 35 cases. Treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine,control group was treated with Western medicine. The clinical efficacy of two groups was compared. Before and after treatment,the changes of symptom scores in two groups,such as ulcer pain score,dry mouth thirst score,dry constipation score and TCM syndrome score,were recorded and observed. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 94. 29%,which was significantly higher than 80. 00% of control group,the difference was statistically significant（ χ2= 10. 102,P〈 0. 05）. The total effective rate of patients with inflammatory and spleen-stomach type in treatment group was 100. 00%,which was higher than 88. 24% in patients with liver qi stagnation,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）. After treatment,the ulcer pain score,dry mouth thirst score,dry constipation score and TCM syndrome total score of two groups decreased,and the decrease of treatment group was more obvious,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine is effective in treatment of recurrent oral ulcer with excessive heat type,which is worthy of further promotion.
