新时代中国共产党提出的"以人民为中心"的思想发展了唯物史观。集中体现在:中国人民伟大的民族精神是实现以人民为中心的发展动力;人民是我们党是否始终做到以人民为中心的评价主体;"创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享"五大发展理念是以人民为中心发展所遵循的实践理念;整体推进改革是实现以人民为中心发展的推进方式;实现中国梦和构建人类命运共同体是以人民为中心的追求目标。发展动力、评价主体、实践理念、推进方式、追求目标共同构成了以人民为中心的逻辑架构。

The idea of ＂people-centered＂put forward by our Party in the new era, has developed the materialist conception of history. It concentrates on the follows. The great national spirit of the Chinese people is the motive force to realize the people-centered development. The people are the main body of our party＇s evaluation of people-centered principle. The five development concepts of ＂innovation, coordination, green,opening up and sharing＂are the practical concepts followed by people-centered development, and promoting reform as a whole is the way to promote people-centered development. The realization of the Chinese dream and the construction of the community of human destiny are the people-oriented pursuit goals. Development motive force, evaluation subject, practice idea, propulsion method and pursuit goal constitute the people-centered logical framework.
