摘要
北京新机场旅客航站楼及综合换乘中心基坑工程面积超大,地质条件复杂。采用膨润土泥浆护壁和聚合物泥浆护壁进行试桩试验,结果表明采用聚合物泥浆护壁的试验桩较膨润土泥浆护壁的试验桩减少施工耗时,加快施工进度,该护壁技术应用于沙质土取得成功,解决了钻孔灌注桩沉渣厚度不易控制的问题,保证了桩基工程施工质量。
The foundation pit project of the passenger terminal building and general transfer center of Beijing Daxing International Airport covers a super-large area and has complex geological conditions, so bentonite slurry wall and polymer slurry wall were used for pile test. The test result showed that the test pile using polymer slurry wall has shorter construction period and fast construction speed than the test pile using bentonite slurry wall. Successful application of polymer slurry wall test pile in sandy soil could solve the problem in sediment thickness control of filling pile and effectively guarantee the pile foundation construction quality.
