球形钢支座焊接影响的试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 北京新机场航站楼钢结构施工前,对钢结构球形支座进行焊接影响评定试验,检测平面滑板表面在整个焊接过程中的温度变化,焊接对平面滑板储油槽内硅油的影响和上支座顶板焊接完成后的变形情况,结果表明在制定严格工艺的条件下,焊接质量能满足规范要求,可投入工程使用。 Before steel structure construction of Beijing Daxing International Airport terminal building, evaluation test for welding influence on the spherical base of steel structure was carried out to test the temperature fluctuation during the whole welding process of plane side surface, influence of welding on silicone oil in the oil storage tank of plane slide and deformation of upper base top plate after welding. It was found that welding quality could satisfy the specification requirements when strict processing conditions were determined, so spherical steel base could be used in engineering project.
