摘要
北京新机场轨道区超高超厚混凝土结构模板支撑体系采用定型木工字梁整体大模板综合施工技术,满足了模板的平整度要求,消除了混凝土表面蜂窝麻面、错台等质量通病,墙面达到清水混凝土标准且无裂缝,提高了施工效率、降低了深基坑施工环境的安全风险。
The super-high and super-thick concrete structure formwork supporting system in the rail track area of Beijing Daxing International Airport adopted integral type-determined large wooden H-type beam formwork construction technique to satisfy the flatness requirement of the formwork and eliminate some common quality defects, such as voids and pits on concrete surface and faulting of slab ends. The wall surface reached the fair-faced concrete standard and was free of crack, successfully improving construction efficiency and reducing the risk of deep foundation pit construction.
