摘要
当前国内深凹露天矿转入地下开采已成为一大发展趋势,在露天转地下开采的过渡期,露天生产与地下生产往往相互干扰,经常导致安全生产条件差和产量衔接困难。本研究结合大孤山铁矿露天开采末期,即将转地下开采这一工程背景,从露天地下协同开采的原则与过渡期产量平稳衔接要求出发,对大孤山铁矿露天境界适应性进行了分析,找出了存在的问题。针对存在的问题,采取了小孤山采区露天独立延深开采和大孤山采区东帮境界西移两种技术改进措施,来改善过渡期协同开采条件。运用SURPAC三维采矿设计软件,对改进前后采剥矿岩量进行了分析计算,使露天开采境界得到细部优化。
At present,the transition of deep open-pit to underground mining in China has become a major development trend. During the transitional period from open-pit to underground mining,both open-pit mining and underground mining often interfere with each other,resulting in poor safe conditions and difficulties in the production connection. At the end of open-pit mining in Dagushan Iron Mine that will transit into underground mining,the adaptability of open-pit limit in Dagushan Iron Mine was analyzed from the principle of collaborative mining and based on the smooth production connection,to identify the existing problems. In view of these problems,two measures were adopted to improve the collaborative mining conditions during transitional period,including open-pit mining independently in Xiaogushan mining area and westward movement of open-pit limit in east slope of Dagushan mining area. With SURPAC 3D mining design software,the quantity of caving and stripping ore before and after the improvement were analyzed and calculated so as to optimize the open-pit limit in detail.
