摘要
采场跨度是采场结构参数的关键指标,直接影响回采空区的安全性和生产作业技术经济指标。针对某磷矿试验盘区采用两步回采大跨度采场方案,进行一步跨度4.5 m扩大到二步9 m时采矿过程中的采场稳定性研究,采用数值模拟的方法,从大跨度采场的应力、支护体受力等方面对采场空区的地压演变及稳固性进行了分析。模拟结果表明:采用锚索支护顶板能够保证大跨度采场的安全回采。同时,为国内外类似条件下矿体的开采提供了借鉴。
Stope span is the critical indicator of stope structure parameters,which can directly influence goaf safety and techno-economic index. Based on the two-step long-span mining program in the test panel of a phosphorite mine,stope stability is studied when one-step stope span 4.5 m is enlarged into two-step stope span 9 m. By using numerical simulation method,the stress evolution of goaf and its stability are specifically analyzed from the perspectives of roof stress and support force in long-span mining program. The numerical simulation results show that the cable supporting of roof can ensure safe mining of long-span stope. Meanwhile,it provides the references for mining of ore-body with similar mining conditions.
