摘要
为给赞比亚某新探明矿区的含铜镍矿石开发利用提供依据,对其进行了工艺矿物学研究。结果表明:矿石镍含量为1.15%,金属矿物主要为黄铁矿,其次为磁铁矿和磁黄铁矿,少量矿物为紫硫镍铁矿、镍黄铁矿、磁赤铁矿、钛铁矿和黄铜矿,脉石矿物主要有滑石和白云石,其次为绿泥石、黑云母和水镁石;矿石主要结构有他形晶粒状结构、包含状结构及结状结构,矿石构造有浸染状构造、团块状构造和脉状构造;紫硫镍铁矿在矿石中主要以粒状产出,多与镍黄铁矿、黄铜矿和磁黄铁矿连生,镍黄铁矿在矿石中多以他形粒状产出,且被紫硫镍铁矿交替,与磁黄铁矿和黄铜矿嵌布关系密切;含镍矿物嵌布粒度细,-75μm粒级占58.85%;滑石、白云石等大量含镁脉石矿物的存在是影响镍矿分选的主要因素。
In order to provide technique basis for development and utilization of a copper nickel ore in newly discovered mining areas of Zambia,process mineralogy research on the ore was conducted. Study results shows that nickel content of the ore is 1.15%,the metal minerals in the ore are mainly pyrite,magnetite and pyrrhotite,with little zirconitite,pentlandite,magnetite,ilmenite and chalcopyrite,gangue minerals are mainly talc and dolomite,followed by chlorite,biotite and a small amount of brucite;The structure are mainly allotriomorphic granular structure,contains shape structure and node structure,The texture are mainly disseminated texture,agglomerate texture and vein texture. The occurrence of violarite was granularity,and most attached with pentlandite,chalcopyrite and pyrrhotite,most pentlandite was xenomorphic granular,and was alternated by violarite,pentlandite had a close disseminated relationship with pyrrhotite and chalcopyrite,The granularity of nickel sulfide deposits is fine,the-75 μm grain size accounted for 58.85%,and the presence of a large number of magnesia minerals,such as talcum and dolomite,is the main factor affecting the beneficiation of nickel ore.
