摘要
针对某千米深井金属矿山胶带转载硐室面临的高温高湿作业环境导致劳动效率低下、人员中暑时有发生和设备故障频发等问题,开展矿山高温硐室制冷降温技术研究。分析硐室热害形成因素,计算各因素放热量,并对高热害硐室通风降温进行多方案分析论证,确立采用水冷制冷机组制冷降温方案进行设计和现场实施。现场实施效果表明:水冷制冷机组降温方案将硐室内空气干球温度由34.1℃降至27.9℃,降温幅度达到6.2℃,体感温度和相对湿度明显降低。
In view of the high temperature and high humidity working environment faced by the belt conveying chamber in a certain kilometer deep metal mine that leads to such problems as low labor efficiency,occasional occurrence of heatstroke and frequent occurrence of equipment failure,the cooling and refrigeration technique in high temperature coal mine chambers was studied. Meanwhile,the factors for heat disaster were analyzed and the heat release of various factors was calculated. Based on analysis on various programs for vibration and cooling of high heat-disaster chamber,it was determined to adopt the water-cooling unit in design and site implementation. The site implementation indicated that the water-cooling unit can reduce the dry air temperature of the chamber from 34.1 ℃ to 27.9 ℃ with the decreasing extent of temperature at 6.2 ℃.Also,it significantly reduced the sensible temperature and the relative humidity.
