摘要
科学定员定编管理是人力资源优化的基础工作,也是深化企业三项制度改革的必然要求。对于企业定岗定编方法的研究,目前国内大多数文献都是从理论角度着手的,即使是结合实践案例的研究,也都是主要针对操作服务类岗位的研究。可以说,对于企业管理和专业技术岗位劳动定员管理的有效研究方法,特别是针对大型炼化企业或集团性质企业的研究在国内尚属空白。
Different from operational service posts, management and professional and technical posts are often subject to many difficulties when making fixed posts, making it difficult to accurately quantify the actual workload of the posts, with more complex work content, greater management content and depth, and work results. It is difficult to quantify, and the sudden work is relatively more. This paper combines the practice of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company in the formulation of professional and technical posts, and explores this problem.
