面向图书馆知识服务的智能互动平台研究

Research on the Intelligent Interactive Platform for Library Knowledge Service

网络互动平台是图书馆知识服务的重要途径,随着人工智能等新技术的应用,互动平台趋于智能化。文章分析图书馆智能互动服务的现状以及人工智能将对互动服务平台产生的积极影响。在此基础上,以知识服务社会化的理念为导向,提出图书馆智能互动服务平台建设的总体框架,具体从知识服务创新角度,对用户服务层和知识资源层等子平台的智能化建设提出相应的对策建议。

Network interactive platform is an important way for library knowledge service,and with the application of new technologies such as artificial intelligence, these interactive platforms tend to be intelligent. This paper analyzes the present situation of intelligent interactive service in library,and the positive impact that artificial intelligence will have on library interactive service platform. Based on the concept of socialization of knowledge service,the general framework of building intelligent interactive service platform in library is put forward. From the perspective of knowledge service innovation,some suggestions are proposed about intelligent construction of sub-platforms such as user service layer and knowledge resource layer.
