网页归档推进策略研究——基于网页归档生态系统视角

Research on Web Archive Promotion Strategy — A Perspective of the Web Archive Ecosystem

为推进我国网页归档实践可持续发展,运用网站浏览和分析的方法,研究国外网页归档项目的发展状况,着重介绍国外网页归档生态系统的主要组成因素。运用对比分析法,介绍我国网页归档的现状,分析我国网页归档未能形成生态系统的原因。最终提出我国应从政府法律政策支持、参加国际项目会议、吸引第三方组织和志愿者的参与、引进开发标准和软件多方入手构建网页归档生态系统,为网页归档提供持续生命力、动力和环境保障。

To promote the sustainable development of web archiving practice of our country,we use web browsing and analysis methods to study the development status of foreign web archiving projects,with special emphasis on the main components of foreign web archiving ecosystem. Using comparative analysis,the paper introduces the current status of web archiving in China and analyzes the reasons for the failure to form an ecosystem. Finally,this paper puts forward that China should give policy and legislation support,participate in the international project meetings,attract the participation of third-party organizations and volunteers,and introduce development standards and softwares to build web archiving ecosystems,which can provide continuous vitality,motivation and environmental protection for web archive.
