开放式创新催生开放式情报,区域经济协同发展战略为开放式创新提供政策支持,产业协作作为区域经济发展的实体内容和关键支撑,为开放式创新提供应用对象。将开放式情报引入产业协作中,研究其内涵、特征、实践应用及与产业协作的关系;明确产业协作中开放式情报产生的需求和障碍,研究行之有效的对策,可为参与者情报信息共享行为提供依据。

Open innovation has given rise to open intelligence. The coordinated development strategy of regional economy provides policy support for open innovation. Industrial collaboration, as the substantive content and key support for regional economic development, provides application objects for open innovation. Combining open intelligence with industry collaboration, the paper studies its connotation, characteristics, practical application and relationship with industry collaboration,discusses the needs and obstacles of open intelligence in industrial collaboration,and proposes effective countermeasures,aiming at providing evidence for information sharing behavior.
