摘要
针对学科微服务受经费、技术、管理等因素的影响和制约,采用微创新策略对学科微服务进行设计。在设计学科微服务时,首先分析影响用户体验的主要因素,发掘用户的隐性需求;其次,根据用户的预期体验目标和实际体验效果,挖掘学科微服务的创新点;最后,在现有图书馆信息资源和技术的框架下,综合运用减法策略、除法策略、乘法策略、任务统筹策略和属性依存策略,对学科微服务进行持续的改进或改善。图书馆学科微服务的设计,以不断提高和改善用户体验为基本目标,期望推动学科微服务的持续发展和深入应用。
The micro-innovation strategy is applied to design the subject micro service because its development was affected and restricted by some factors such as funds,technology and management. Firstly,the main factors influencing the user experience are analyzed and the users' implicit needs are explored in the design process of the subject micro service. Secondly,the innovation points of subject micro service are excavated according to the user ' s expected experience goals and their actual experience results. Lastly, the micro-innovation strategy, which includes subtraction strategy,division strategy, multiplication strategy, task planning strategy and attribute dependency strategy, is used through comprehensive consideration in order to improve continuingly the subject micro service under the framework of the existing library information resources and technology. Using continuous improvement of the user experience as the basic goal,the design of library subject micro service is expected to promote its sustainable development and in-depth application.
