微特电机用耐高温星型支化聚酰亚胺薄膜研究 被引量:2

Study on the high temperature resistance star-branched polyimide films for micro-motor

摘要 采用涂膜热亚胺化法,以自制的2种四胺单体-1,4-二(2,4-二氨基苯氧基)-2,5-二特丁基苯(DDAP)和1,4-二(2,4-二氨基苯氧基)-2-甲基苯(TDAP)为支化点,与二酐3,3’,4,4’-联苯四酸二酐(BPDA)、二胺4,4’-二氨基二苯醚(ODA)或对苯二胺(PDA)反应,制得了4种星型支化聚酰亚胺薄膜BPI-X,采用红外光谱和热稳定性、光学性能、力学性能、介电性能及吸水率测试等与线形聚酰亚胺薄膜的性能进行了对比。结果表明,星型支化聚酰亚胺薄膜的热稳定性、光学透明性、力学性能和介电性能比线形聚酰亚胺薄膜好,吸水率更低。 The four star-branched polyimide films BPI-X were prepared by coating thermal imidization method using self- made two kinds of tetramine monomers 1 , 4 - bis ( 2,4 - diaminophenoxy ) - 2,5 - di - tert - butylbenzene ( DDAP ) and 1 , 4 - bis ( 2,4 - diaminophenoxy ) - 2 - methylbenzene ( TDAP ) as branching points and reacting with dianhydride 3,3', 4,4'- biphenyhetracarboxylic dianhydride ( BPDA ), diamine 4,4 '-diaminodiphenyl ether ( ODA ) or p -phenylenediamine ( PDA ). The properties of star-branched polyimide films were compared with those of linear polyimide films by FI'-IR and testings of thermal stability, optical properties, mechanical properties, dielectric properties and water absorption.The results showed that the star-branched polyimide film had better thermal stability, optical transparency, mechanical properties, dielectric properties and lower water absorption than the linear polyimide film.
