摘要
目前经皮椎体成形术(vertebroplasty,PVP)及经皮后凸椎体成形术(kyphoplasty,PKP)在治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折上的良好效果得到了广泛的认可,但是随着临床实践以及研究深入,两者所存在的局限及造成的并发症逐渐清晰,为了克服这些不足及提高微创手术治疗的效果,对椎体强化系统、骨水泥的成分和注入方式等方面进行了改良、创新,本文通过搜集相关文献加以总结,对椎体成形术治疗椎体压缩性骨折的改良与进展进行综述。
At present percutaneous vertebroplasty(PVP) and percutaneous kyphoplasty(PKP) have been extensively accepted as effective treatments for osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture. However, as researches were deepening, the limitations and complication of them has been recognized gradually. In order to overcome the shortages and improve outcomes of these minimally invasive surgeries, the innovations have arisen in clinical practice involving vertebral augmentation system,bone cement composition and injection technique. The purpose of this article is to summarize the recent achievements in PVP and PKP for osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture in literature.
