包容型领导对学科服务团队创新绩效的影响研究 被引量:6

A Study on Influence of Inclusive Leadership on Innovation Performance of Subject Service Team

摘要 领导对学科服务团队创新绩效的影响不仅与团队心智模型有关,而且与领导管理风格有关。在对照分析包容型领导的概念与内涵的基础上,探索了包容型领导对学科服务团队创新机制的影响及内在影响机制。研究结果表明,包容型领导对学科服务团队心智模型有着积极的影响作用;包容型领导对学科服务团队创新绩效有显著的正向影响,并且团队心智模型在两者之间起中介作用;学科服务团队心智模型对学科服务团队创新绩效存在正向关系。该研究有利于从图书馆挖掘学科服务团队创新的动力和机制,为图书馆管理与服务实践提供更好的指导。 Influence of leadership on the innovation performance of the discipline service team is not only related to the team mental model, but also is related to the style of leadership management. On the basis of the comparative analysis of the concept and connotation of the inclusive leadership, the influence mechanism of the inclusive leadership on the innovation mechanism of the discipline service team is explored. The results show that the inclusion of leadership has positive effects on the subject service team mental model; inclusive leadership has a significant positive impact on the subject service team innovation performance, and team mental model plays a mediating role between the two; subject service team mental models have a positive relationship on innovation performance of subject service team. The research is beneficial to the driving force and mechanism of the innovation of the discipline service team from the library, and provides better guidance for the library management and service practice.
