摘要
组合下芯机由下芯机、组芯胎具及下芯夹具组成。通过组合下芯机在 WD615发动机缸体芯的组芯与下芯应用为例,介绍了其结构特点、液压及气动系统工作原理、砂芯在组芯胎具及下芯夹具内的定位和夹紧方武。一台组合下芯机可用于两种或两种以上铸件砂型的下芯,将其动作程序编入造型线微计算机控制程序后,能实现随线自动下芯。对于在造型线上大批量生产的复杂铸件,用其代替手工下芯,可充分发挥造型线的生产效率,降低铸件的废品率。
The combination core setter is comprised of core setter,core-combining suppor- ter and coresetting fixture.By the use of the combination core setter for core combining and core setting for WD615 engine block cores as an example,the paper introduces its construction features,the working principles of the hydrau- lic and pneumatic systems,and the positioning and clamping ways of the sand cores within the core combining supporter and coresetting fixture.One set of combination core setter can be used for two or over two kinds of sand cores of castings.With its operating procedure being programmed into the controlling program of the microcomputer in the moulding line,automatic core setting in pace with the line can be realized.Among the complicated castings produced massively in the moulding line,with the operation of the combination core set- ter replacing the manual core setting,the production efficiency of the moulding line can be brought into full play and the reject ratio of the casting can be red- nced.
