孔压传感式沉降监测仪现场试验研究

摘要 针对目前国内沉降监测广泛使用的沉降板有干扰施工、人工观测不准确等缺陷,介绍一种孔压传感式沉降监测仪。该仪器以孔隙水压力测量换算为沉降测量为原理,主要由传感器、水柱及数据采集后台组成。通过简述该套仪器原理,并结合现场试验,讨论该仪器在实际运用中的可行性。结果表明:(1)对比传统沉降板,孔压传感式沉降监测仪具有省时高效且不易被施工所干扰的特点,在长期沉降观测中该仪器更为适用。(2)现场误差分析试验表明,该仪器在较大沉降量测量时误差较小,适用于沉降量较大的建筑物沉降观测。其重复性误差较大,在6mm^22mm之间,在系统数据库中需要系统判断或人工识别并去除异常数据。(3)现场试验表明,该仪器的监测数据比沉降板数据小,但沉降趋势基本一致,与沉降板数据差异在15%之内。 Concerning the current domestic settlement monitoring settlement plates being widely used in construction,artificial interference observation not accurate and other defects,the pore pressure sensor type settlement monitor is brought in,which measures the pore water pressure for the conversion of settlement measurement,and is mainly composed of sensors,water column and the data collection platform.The feasibility of the instrument in practical application is discussed through a brief description of the principle of the set of instruments and field tests.The results show that:(1)compared with the traditional settlement plate,pore pressure sensor type settlement monitor has the characteristics of time saving,high efficiency and not easy to be disturbed by the construction,and this instrument is more suitable for long-term settlement observation;(2)the field test shows that the monitoring data of this instrument and the settlement plate have little difference,which suitable for observation of building settlement with large volume settlement,but has large repeatability error,ranging from 6 mm^22 mm.Systematical judgment or human identification and elimination of abnormal data are needed in system database.(3)The field test shows that the instrument has smaller data than the settlement plate,but the settlement tendency is basically consistent,with a differential ratio of 15% with settlement plates.
