摘要
基于人眼安全激光扩束系统的设计要求,在同轴两镜反射式系统的基础上设计一种全新的、无中心遮拦、高倍率和易装调的离轴两反扩束系统。根据像差理论确定初始结构参数并优化设计,对系统的激光发散角、点列图分析,模拟光线追迹,最后进行公差分析。结果表明发散角控制在±0.49mrad之内,能量利用率高达89%,主次镜的公差均在光学加工水平范围内,整个系统达到设计要求,理论上可以实现该扩束系统的批量生产。
Based on the design requirements of human eye-safe laser beam expander system and the coaxial twomirror reflector system theory,this paper designs a new off-axis two-expander beam expander system with no obstruction,high magnification and easy installation. According to the theory of aberration,initial structural parameters are determined and optimized. The laser divergence angle,spot diagram and ray tracing are simulated. Finally,the tolerance analysis is carried out.The results show that the divergence angle is controlled within ± 0. 49 mrad and the energy utilization rate is as high as 89%. The tolerances of the primary and secondary mirrors are within the areas of machining. The whole system meets the design requirements and can theoretically achieve the mass production of the beam expander system.
