激光扫描电机转速对控制精度的影响分析

摘要 传统激光扫描电机转速控制方法存在控制精度低的难题,为了获得理想的控制效果,提出一种新的激光扫描电机转速控制方法。将转速当成控制对象,采用PMWM转速控制系统控制激光扫描电机转速,电机速度控制器以及电流控制器都采用PI控制器控制,通过PI运算获取两相电压控制量,基于该控制量对空间矢量脉宽调制器SVPWM输出信号波形实施调控,调控电机逆变器桥路的导通以及截止,完成激光扫描电机速度的有效控制。测试实验结果表明,动态稳定性以及准确性高,确保电机转速稳定性优于1×10(-5),满足激光扫描仪控制精度要求。 The traditional laser scanning motor speed control method has the problem of low control precision. In order to obtain the ideal control effect,a new method of speed control for laser scanning motor is proposed. The speed control system is used as the control object and the PMWM speed control system is used to control the speed of the laser scanning motor. The speed controller of the motor and the control of the motor are controlled by the PI controller.The two phase voltage control is obtained by PI operation. Based on the control quantity,the SVPWM output signal waveform of the space vector pulse width modulator is controlled,the conduction and cut-off of the bridge road of the motor inverter are controlled and the speed of the laser scanning motor is effectively controlled. The test results show that this method has high dynamic stability and high accuracy,which ensures that the speed stability of the motor is better than 1×10(-5),meanwhile meets the control accuracy requirement of the laser scanner.
