摘要
传统信号检测平台采用双向传输方式,无法保证检测动态信号的安全性。为此,设计了一种新的基于单向链式光纤网络的大范围动态信号检测平台。介绍了所设计平台的总体结构,主要包括主控模块、LCD与触摸屏模块、单向链式光纤网络传输模块、放大电路、数据采集模块以及动态信号检测算法部分。通过AD6645芯片实现数据采集,利用单向链式光纤网络实现动态信号的传输,保证检测动态信号的安全性。通过运算放大电路把存在应变成分的光信号转变成电信号。通过DFT实现Goertzel算法,利用Goertzel算法实现大范围动态信号检测。实验结果表明,所设计平台安全性和检测准确性高。
The traditional signal detection platform adopts bidirectional transmission mode,and it can not guarantee the security of the detected dynamic signal. For this reason,a new large range dynamic signal detection platform based on unidirectional chain optical fiber network is designed. we introduces the overall structure design of the platform,including the main control module,LCD and touch screen module,unidirectional chain optical fiber network transmission module,amplifier circuit,data acquisition module and dynamic signal detection algorithm. The data acquisition is realized by AD6645 chip,and the dynamic signal is transmitted by bidirectional chain optical fiber network,so as to ensure the security of the detected dynamic signal. An optical signal having a strain component is converted into an electrical signal by means of an operational amplification circuit. Through the DFT to achieve Goertzel algorithm,use Goertzel algorithm to achieve large-scale dynamic signal detection. The experimental results show that the designed platform has high security and high detection accuracy.
