不同布针方案银质针导热疗法治疗慢性膝痛疗效观察

Observation of different positioning methods of silver needles on chronic knee pain

为观察利用医用红外热像仪辅助银质针布针定位对银质针导热疗法治疗慢性膝痛的临床疗效。将2012年6月至2015年6月于我科就诊治疗慢性膝痛的276份病例按不同布针方案分组后,各随机抽取30例进行临床疗效比较。其中采用医用红外热像仪辅助定位与传统软组织压痛点相结合布针后进行银质针导热疗法治疗的30例作为实验组,简称复合组（A组）;单纯按照传统软组织压痛点布针后进行银质针导热疗法治疗的30例为对照组,简称单纯组（B组）。经过1周、1月和6月的治疗之后,分别统计2组病例的VAS以及JOA,然后进行对比分析。可发现,对比分析结果为A组的VAS以及JOA优于B组,而且呈现出显著性P〈0.05。结果表明,医用红外热像仪辅助定位与传统软组织压痛点相结合的布针方案与传统软组织压痛点定位布针方案相比有更好的临床疗效。

To investigate the clinical efficacy of the thermography-guided heat therapy with silver needles on chronic knee pain. 276 cases of outpatient with chronic knee pain between June 2012 and June 2015 were grouped by needle methods. 30 cases treated with thermography-guided and received heat therapy with silver needles were randomly selected and designated as experimental group（ group A）; another 30 cases treated with conventional heat therapy with silver needles which were guided by soft tissue tenderness points were randomly selected and designated as control group（ group B）. VAS and JOA scores were collected from both groups at the day 1 week,1 month and 6 months after the treatment and compared. VAS and JOA scores from the group A was superior to that of the group B,with statistical significance（ P 0. 05）. The results show that the efficacy of thermography-guided heat therapy with silver needles is better than that of conventional heat therapy with silver needles on chronic knee pain.
