非剥脱性点阵激光Lux1540nm对妊娠纹疗效的观察

为观察非剥脱性点阵激光Lux1540nm治疗妊娠纹的临床疗效,选择用不同的能量和脉宽治疗妊娠纹36例,术后6个月妊娠纹表现和术前数码照相对照评定其疗效及不良反应。本组36例中有效36例,无效0例;随着治疗次数的增加,疗效逐渐提高。术后短暂的红斑在治疗后24h消失;一过性色素沉着2例,3-6个月消退。结果表明非剥脱性点阵激光Lux1540nm对妊娠纹疗效较好,不良反应小。

Aiming To observe the effect of non-ablative fractional laser Luxl540 nm in striae gravidarum therapy,appropriate laser energy and pulse width were selected for striae gravidarum treatment. Therapeutic effect and side-effect was evaluated by preoperative photos and 6 months of postoperative photos. The total effective rate was 100%.0 cases showed ineffective results.The therapeutic effect was improved along the increase of treatments.Temporary erythema faded away with in 24 hours.Temporary hyperpigmentation was found in 2 cases and faded away within 3-6 months.The results show that the The treatment of non-ablative fractional laser Luxl540 nm for striae gravidarum is effective with minimum side effect.
