基于微信平台的腹腔镜基础技能培训课程有效性分析及经验分享 被引量:3

摘要 时间碎片化和智能手机的普及是当代社会的两个重要特征。在此基础上,以智能手机为工具,以微博、微信等社交媒体为平台,通过微课帮助医学生高效利用碎片化时间将对医学生的日常学习带来积极影响。为此,上海交通大学医学院附属瑞金医院设置了一系列对照试验,用于科学评估微信教学和传统教学在医学生外科技能实践的教学效果,通过χ~2检验评价两组一般资料的异质性,两组成绩进行独立样本t检验。结果表明:基于微信平台的腹腔镜基础技能培训课程对比基于传统教学方法的相同课程在轨道移圈、穿隧道和高低柱3项上的有效性均无差别。微信课程的加入不会对腹腔镜技能培训教学效果产生明显的正面或负面影响,同时微信课程有着硬件要求低、高效利用碎片化时间的优势,可作为传统教学方法的替代或辅助教学方法应用。 Time fragmentation and the popularity of smartphones are two important features of modern society. On the basis of the above two points, Ruijin Hospital, Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine using smart phones as a tool and using social media such as Weibo or WeChat as platforms to help medical students make efficient use of fragmented time through WeChat classes will have a positive impact on the daily study of medical students. In order to improve this, we set up a series of controlled trials to evaluate the teaching effect of WeChat teaching and traditional teaching in medical students’ surgical skills practice. We choose the chi-square test to evaluate the heterogeneity of two groups and we choose student’s t test to evaluate the results of two groups. The results show that, compared with the traditional teaching method for laparoscopic skills training, the effectiveness of the new teaching method based on the WeChat platform in orbit transfer, the tunnel and the high low column are undifferentiated. The addition of WeChat course will not have a significant positive or negative impact on the teaching effect of laparoscopic skills training. Meanwhile, WeChat course has advantages of low hardware requirements and efficient use of fragmented time, which can be used as an alternative to traditional teaching methods or as an auxiliary teaching method for application.
