住院医师规范化培训招收工作模式探索

Researches on the model for recruitment of the standardized residency training

住院医师规范化培训(住培)是医学生毕业后医学教育的重要过程,科学统一的考核和评价至关重要。在对全国住培工作现状分析基础上,总结湖北省住培招收工作的创新方法,包括:开发住培招收考核管理体系,统一理论考试,专家制定16个项目的基本操作技能内容,制订统一考试方案,创新考核形式,推行手机考试。全省划定当年住培考试招收资格线,合格者参加第二阶段的面试和实践技能考试。各培训基地各自划定本培训基地的面试和实践技能考试资格线。鼓励有条件的市(州)卫生计生委统一组织辖区内的培训基地或委托第三方机构组织,必须采用临床客观结构化多站轮转考试形式。未录取者可凭成绩参加其他培训基地的调剂,满足了择优和引导本科教学的双重需要,达到了分工负责和因材施教的双重目标。

The standardized residency training is an important process of graduate education for medical students, and it is very important for recruitment work to be fair and efficient. On the basis of analyzing the current situations of residency training programs all over China, this paper summarized the innovations of residency training in Hubei Province. Those included developing information platform for residency training, unifying theoretical examinations in the Province, and the establishing 16 basic operational skills by experts. Also, they have developed a unified examination program and adopted an innovative approach of using mobile phones for assessment and exams. Lines for qualification of the residency recruitment examinations were delimited the same in the whole province, and only qualified students could take part in the second stage of interviews and practical skills examinations. Each base hospital set up their own standards for the hospital interviews and clinical skills exams. If conditions permit, in this province it is encouraged for city（state） Health and Family Planning Commission to organize the entrance exams together or entrust a third party to do that. The exams must be clinical objective structured multi-station rotation examinations. The unadmitted students can be adjusted to other training programs based on their ranks, which meets the dual needs of both selecting talents and guiding undergraduate teaching, and achieves the dual goals of both division of labor and teaching according to students undefined aptitude.
