中国香港放射科住院医师培训制度简介及启示

Introduction of radiology residency training system in Hong Kong

笔者在香港中文大学教学医院威尔斯亲王医院放射科参观学习期间,研究学习中国香港地区放射科住院医师及专科医师培训制度。本文详细介绍了香港地区医学生招生制度、在校培养方案及课程设置、医学生影像学教育模式、医学生实习阶段的轮转内容及评价方法;放射科住院医师及专科医师培训年限、培训亚专业设置、考试渠道、考试模式与内容及通过标准、专科医师资格认证过程;住院医师培训领导机构、培训中心资质、书面培训指南;住院医师轮转计划及职责要求,住院医师评估工具与方法,住院医师理论培训方式、培训中心教学资源、住院医师科研要求及住院医师培训结束后流向。旨在通过梳理香港地区放射科医师从医学生到专科医师的培养过程,总结其培训制度的优点及特色,并与中国大陆、美国目前的放射科住院医师的培养方式、课程设置、考核要求进行比较,为大陆放射科住院医师培训制度的完善以及顺利开展专科医师培训提供参考。

During the study period in the Department of Radiology of Prince of Wales Hospital of The Chinese University of Hong Kong, we studied the radiology residency and fellowship training systems in Hong Kong. This article gave a detailed introduction to the enrollment systems, the training programs and curriculum design, and the medical imaging teaching methods and the rotation contents and evaluation methods of the internship for medical students in Hong Kong at medical school. We also provided details about the training periods, the training subspecialty and examination models, contents, standards of the radiology residents and fellows. The qualification certificated process for the radiology fellows, the leading agency of the residency training, the qualifications of the training centers and the written training guidelines were all described in the article. Also we listed the rotation plans and the duty requirements for the residents, the evaluation tools and theory training methods for the residents, the scientific research requirements for the radiology residents, teaching resources of the training center and whereabouts of the residents after the training. By combing these training process from medical students to radiology fellows of Hong Kong, we summed up the advantages and characteristics of the radiology residency training systems in Hong Kong and compared their training modes, curriculum and assessment requirements with those of China's Mainland and the United States. It will provide references for the improvement of radiology residency training systems and development of radiology fellowship training in China's Mainland.
