摘要
为进一步加强社区全科医师能力建设,杭州市江干区四季青街道社区卫生服务中心以问题为导向,结合实际工作开展全科医师培养,致力于全科医师毕业后在职培训。立足现有条件缓解全科医师总量不足、能力不强、学习平台少、动力不足、职业倦怠等诸多问题。通过配备医师助手、利用区域医联体平台、开展竞争性签约服务、培养亚专科全科医师、拓宽职业需求等措施解决以上问题,在全科医师培养和使用等方面做了积极的探索和总结,以期为其他社区卫生服务中心的全科医师队伍培养提供有益借鉴。
Sijiqing Community Health Center is committed to the general practitioner’s post-graduate education and on-the-job trainings to further improve the their clinical abilities. The trainings are problem-oriented and combined with daily practices of the general practitioners. With the available resources, these trainings have been able to alleviate the current shortage of general practitioners, improve their job competencies and solve the problems of lacking learning platform, lacking driving forces for learning and occupational burnout. In Sijiqing Community, general practitioners are equipped with assistants to solve the understaff issue. Regional medical association platforms are applied to create more learning opportunities. Motivations are raised by developing competitive contract services. Occupational burnout is managed with training physicians for subspecialty and widening their occupational demand. Here we have summarized our explorations and experiences in general practitioners training and job performance in the hope that we could provide use for reference for general physicians in other communities.
