健康中国背景下儿科住院医师科普教育实践 被引量:3

The practice of popularization of science education for residents of pediatrics under the background of healthy China

摘要 本研究旨在通过在儿科住院医师中开展医学科普教育实践,探索新的医学人文教育方式,提升儿科医师综合素养,促进医患良性沟通,提高公民健康素养。通过在复旦大学附属儿科医院50名儿科住院医师中开展医学科普教育,组织医学专家、科普达人、演讲大师等开设医学科普教育课程,专门科室负责运营科普微信公众号,组织儿科住院医师撰写科普文章、主讲科普讲座、参与科普实践,采用跟踪随访、专家访谈等非定量研究方法由非医学背景人士对儿科住院医师综合素质的提升和科普对象的评价进行综合考评。医学科普教育是一种行之有效的医学教育手段,在实践中获得了住院医师的高度认可,能够有效促进住院医师提升岗位胜任力,推动"健康中国2030"的实现。 The purpose of this study is to explore new ways of medical humanities education through the practice of medical science popularization education in pediatric residents. It is hoped that this new way could help to improve the comprehensive qualities of pediatricians, promote the benign communication between doctors and patients and improve the health literacy of the citizens. In this study, medical science education courses were provided among the 50 pediatricians in Children’s Hospital of Fudan University, which were organized by medical experts and speech masters. The specialized department was responsible for the operation of public science We Chat account. In the practice of science popularization, non-quantitative research methods, such as follow-up and expert interviews, were used to evaluate the comprehensive qualities of pediatric residents and the evaluation was done by people without medical backgrounds. Therefore, medical science education is an effective mean of medical education. It is highly recognized by the residents in practice. It can effectively promote the residents’ job competence and promote the realization of 2030 healthy China.
