摘要
目的:研究变形链球菌的脂磷壁酸的提取与纯化,探究脂磷壁酸在牙髓的免疫反应。方法:采用TX114法提取,DEAE-Sephace CL-6B离子交换层析纯化,从变形链球菌中提纯出细菌胞壁结构的脂磷壁酸。结果:紫外扫描的结果显示离子交换层析法能够有效地分离出脂磷壁酸和TX114,并且具有较好的纯度。结论:采用TX114提取初LTA,用阴离子交换可以得到纯度较高的LTA。
Objective:Through extraction and purification of lipoteichoic acid from Streptococcus mutans, we explored the method of ALT purification to provide the basis for the study oflipoteichoic acid in the pulp immune response.Methods: Adopting TX114 methods extracted the LTA from Streptococcus mutans and ion exchange chromatogram purification of DEAE-Sephace CL-6 B.Results The ultraviolet seanning result showed that TXI14 extraction of LTA purified by anion-exchange chromatogram contains very little protein and nucleic acid pollution.Conclusion: The initial LTA was extracted with TX114, and LTA with good purity could be obtained by anion exchange.
