摘要
从7种离子交换树脂中筛选出强碱HZ201树脂,考察了该树脂在不同pH条件下对N-氨甲酰-D-茶氨酸的吸附及N-氨甲酰-D-茶氨酸在该树脂上的静态吸附等温线、吸附动力学及动态吸附与洗脱情况。结果表明:在25℃,pH3,反应20 min,N-氨甲酰-D-茶氨酸吸附率可达90%。为N-氨甲酰-D-茶氨酸的纯化分离提供了一条新思路。
The base resin adsorbent HZ201 was selected from eight basic resins to separate N-carbamoyl-D-theanine from mixed solution of N-carbamoyl-D-theanine and N-ethyl-3-(2,5-dioxoimidazolidin-4-yl) propanemide. Adsorption behavior of HZ201 was studied by using static and dynamic adsorption methods, including N-carbamoyl-D-theanine and N-carbamoyl-D-theanine adsorption at different p H, static equilibrium adsorption, adsorption kinetics, dynamic adsorption and elution. At a temperature of 25 ℃, p H of 3.0, the adsorption of N-carbamoyl-D-theanine came to the balance after 20 min, with an adsorption rate of 90 %. A new idea is provided for the purification and separation of N-carbamoyl-D-theanine.
