摘要
目的:对替考拉宁游离放线菌进行选育。方法:通过不经紫外和经紫外照射两种方法分离得到替考拉宁游离放线菌株。结果:未经紫外照射和经紫外照射的替考拉宁游离放线菌明显,经紫外照射的效价高。结论:紫外照射的替考拉宁游离放线菌是高产菌株。
Objective: Teicoplanin free actinomycetes were bred. Method: The final results were obtained by without UV and by UV irradiation. Result:The UV-irradiated teicoplanin-free actinomycetes.Conclusion: The UV-irradiated teicoplanin-free actinomycetes produced high-yielding strains
