摘要
目的:研究龙生蛭胶囊对脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠的脑保护作用。方法:采用线栓法复制大鼠大脑中动脉缺血再灌注损伤模型,观察大鼠缺血再灌注后缺血脑梗死面积,脑水分含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性。结果:模型组脑梗死面积及脑含水量比假手术组显著增大(P<0.01);脑组织中SOD活性降低、MDA含量增加(P<0.05);各用药组与模型组比脑梗死面积及脑含水量减小,各用药组SOD活性升高、MDA含量降低,龙生蛭中剂量组效果更好(P<0.01)。结论:龙生蛭胶囊通过抗炎化保护大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤脑组织。
Objective: To investigate the protective effect of Longshengzhi capsule on oxidative damage in rats with cerebral ischemic/reperfusion injury.Method: Themodels of cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury model rats were established by the middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO).The changes of the cerebral ischemic area,the contents of brain wet,calcium,MDA,SOD activity in cerebral tissue were observed inrats after modeling.Results:Compared with sham operation group,cerebral ischemic area of model group increased significantly.Compared with model group,cerebral ischemic area of each medication groups decreased,there was significant difference,especially in combination of Longshengzhi capsule.Compared with sham operation group,the contents of MDA,calcium and brain wet of model group increased significantly while SOD activity decreased.Those parameters of each medication groups were significantly lower than model group,SOD activities of each medication groups were higher than model group,especially in combination of Longshengzhi capsule group.Conclusion:The protective effect of Longshengzhi capsuleis better than them alone on cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury.
