真空冷冻干燥技术是近年来在食品药品领域迅速发展起来的一种水分去除技术,该技术不仅具备传统干燥技术的各项优点,同时在技术发展的影响下,实现了对物料结构、形状等的保存。本文对真空冷冻干燥技术在生物制药方面的基本情况和原理进行了简单介绍,并对其在生物制药各阶段工艺要求进行了总结,旨在为生物制药真空冷冻干燥技术的推广和应用提供理论参考。

Vacuum freeze-drying technology is a dehydration technology developed rapidly in the field of food and drugs in recent years. This technology not only has all the advantages of traditional freeze-drying technology, but also realizes the preservation of the structure and shape of the materials under the influence of technological development. The principle and updates of vacuum freeze-drying process were introduced in this paper, and the various stages of the drying process used in the production of biological medicinal products were summarized in order to provide a theoretical reference for the promotion and application of biopharmaceutical vacuum freeze-drying technology.
