摘要
纤维蛋白原(Fibrinogen,Fib)可能会引发心血管、恶性肿瘤、糖尿病等相关疾病,Fib经过遗传变异之后,导致人体出血或者产生血栓性疾病。因此,在临床领域对Fib的测定显得十分重视。本文对纤维蛋白原的生物化学进行分析,并对其检测方式和评价加以阐述。
Fibrinogen may cause cardiovascular, malignant tumor, diabetes and other related diseases. After genetic variation, Fib can lead to human bleeding or thrombophlebitis. Therefore, the determination of Fib in the clinical field is very important. This paperanalyzes the biochemistry of fibrinogen and its detection methods and evaluation are described.
