摘要
紫苏是一种药食同源性植物,分布范围广泛,主要活性成分有紫苏醛、紫苏酮、柠檬烯和芹菜烯等成分。药理作用主要有降血压、抗炎、抑制过敏反应、抗病毒、调节人体免疫系统机能等作用。本文对紫苏化学成分及其化学成分的药理作用进行了介绍,探索紫苏应用与开发方向。
Perilla is a kind of medicine and food homologous plant with a wide range of distribution. The main active ingredients are Perilla aldehyde, Perilla ketone, limonene and apigenene. The main pharmacological effects are lowering blood pressure, anti-inflammatory, inhibiting anaphylaxis, antiviral, mediation of the function of the human immune system and so on. In this paper, the pharmacological effects of the chemical constituents and chemical constituents of Perilla were introduced and the basis for the directed development of the agriculture and industry of Perilla was laid.
