摘要
本文以取代的苯胺为起始原料,经Sandmeyer合成得到靛红类衍生物,再与取代苯胺脱水缩合合成了4个3-取代芳亚胺基吲哚-2-酮衍生物。对合成的4个化合物及重要中间体测定了熔点,对产物分子结构进行了1HNMR表征。结果表明,合成符合目标化合物。
Based on the substited aniline as the starting material, the isatin derivatives are obtained by sandmeyer synthesis, then with the substited aniline, four 3-4 instead of aromatic amino indole-2-ketone derivatives have been synthesized through dehydration condensation reaction, the chemical structures of the target compounds and important intermediates have been characterized by melting point and 1 H NMR spectra.
