摘要
本文研究一种多肽固相合成棕榈酰四肽-7的方法,在无水环境中,以二氯树脂为原料,进行逐个Fmoc-保护基保护的氨基酸缩合反应,合成了棕榈酰四肽-7。结果表明:产物结构经质谱分析,与标准品对照谱图相符,合成收率95.91%、纯度为99.43%。固相法合成棕榈酰四肽-7操作简单快捷,副产物少,易于分离纯化,可重复性高,适用于大量生产制备。
In this paper, a peptide solid phase synthesis of Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7 is introduced, which is based on 2-CTC Resin as raw material and protected by amino acid condensation. The results showed that the product structure was analyzed by mass spectrometry, which was in accordance with the standard sample, the Synthesis yield was 95.91%, the purity was 99.43%. The synthesis of Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7 by solid phase method is simple and fast, with few byproducts, easy to be separated and purified, and can be highly reproducible. It is suitable for a large amount of production.
