摘要
MicroRNA(miRNA)是一类内源性的非编码小分子RNA,有研究表明,miRNA对血液发育过程有影响,其参与多种病理生理过程。血液与血管发育是由精细且复杂的分子信号网络调控的,任何关键调控因子异常都可能会导致严重的发育缺陷甚至重大疾病。本文对miRNA调控血液发育机制研究综述。
MicroRNA is a kind of endogenous non-coding small molecules. Some studies have shown that microRNA(miRNA) influences the procedure of blood-development, it participated in variety of pathological processes including blood-development. Blood and blood vessels developing were regulated by delicate and complicated molecular signaling network. Any abnormality of key regulating factor may cause serious evolution defect even critical illness. This review summarizes the mechanisms by which miRNAs regulate blood development.
