三叉神经痛微血管减压术中盐酸右美托咪定与雷米芬太尼全凭静脉麻醉的应用分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究三叉神经痛微血管减压术中盐酸右美托咪定与雷米芬太尼全凭静脉麻醉的应用效果。方法:研究组(23例)诱导后10min泵入盐酸右美托咪定,然后持续泵入顺阿曲库铵、雷米芬太尼及盐酸右美托咪定;对照组(23例)持续泵入顺阿曲库铵、雷米芬太尼及丙泊酚;两组均于皮肤缝合时停止使用麻醉药。对比两组各个时间段脑电双频指数(BIS)、HR、DBP、SBP与苏醒时间、术后躁动发生率。结果:两组各时间段HR、DBP及SBP无显著差异(P>0.05);两组诱导后BIS值下降(P<0.05);研究组苏醒时间长于对照组(P<0.05);研究组术后躁动发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:三叉神经痛微血管减压术中盐酸右美托咪定与雷米芬太尼全凭静脉麻醉的应用效果显著,值得推广运用。 Objective: To study the effect of intravenous anesthesia with right metodetonidine hydrochioride and remifentanil in the microvascular decompression of trigeminal neuralgia. Methods: the study group (23 cases) after induction of 10min infusion of dexmedetomidine hydrochloride, and continuous infusion of cisatracurium, remifentanil and dexmedetomidine hydrochloride; control group (23 cases) continuous infusion of cisatracurium, remifentanil and propofol; the two groups were on the skin suture when to stop using drugs. The incidence of EEG bispectral index (BIS), HR, DBP, SBP, waking time and postoperative agitation were compared between the two groups. Results: there was no difference in HR, DBP and SBP between the two groups at any time (P〉0.05); the BIS value in the two groups decreased after induction(P〈0.05); the recovery time in the study group was longer than that in the control group (P〈0.05); the incidence of postoperative restlessness in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion: the effect of right metoamidine hydrochloride and remifentanil in the microvascular decompression of trigeminal neuralgia is significant, and it is worth popularizing.
