几种消毒液抑菌效力的比较

Comparison of the anti-bacteria efficacies of several disinfectants

目的:根据药品微生物实验室可能的污染源,选择微生物敏感的消毒液。方法:参考药敏实验的试管法和纸片扩散法测定《中国药典》2015版四部通则1121抑菌效力检查法涉及的5种菌株对实验室常用4种消毒液敏感情况(即消毒液对5种菌株的抑菌效力)。结果:75%酒精、84消毒液、新洁尔灭消毒液(浓度1∶8稀释)、甲酚皂溶液四种消毒液均对5种菌株有抑制作用。结论:药品微生物实验室,上述四种消毒液可以交替使用,遇到革兰阴性菌污染时,甲酚皂溶液的效果较好。

Objective：To select the appropriate disinfectants according to the possible sources of contamination in the pharmaceutical microbiology laboratory. Methods：Testing the sensitivity of five strains, to apply the rule 1211 of anti-bacterial efficacy mentioned in the fourth part of Chinese Pharmacopoeia in the 2015 edition, on four kinds of disinfectants to be used in the laboratory by test-tube method and Kirby-Bauer test of sensitive examination, that is, the anti-bacterial effect of disinfectants on five strains. Results：All four disinfectants, 75% alcohol, 84-disinfectant, bromo-geramine disinfectant （1：8 diluted） and saponated cresol solution, have inhibitory effects on five strains. Conclusion：The four kinds of disinfectants may interehangeahly be used for pharmaceutical microbiology laboratory, and the effect of saponated cresol solution is better for the pollution of Gram-negative bacteria.
