Application and effects of PDCA Recycle in the Adjuvant Drugs Management

目的:探讨PDCA循环在辅助用药管理中的应用效果,为其临床应用指导原则的建立提供参考。方法:采用PDCA循环管理方法,对现行辅助用药的现状进行调查,总结并归纳辅助用药应用目前存在的主要问题,经过分析制定辅助用药的管理措施,对其临床应用进行干预。通过比较干预前后辅助用药的不合理用药情况及满意度调查,评价其干预效果。结果:运用PDCA循环管理方法对辅助用药进行干预后,辅助性药物不合理应用的总体比例明显下降(10.83%vs 2.83%,P<0.05),患者及其家属对药学服务的满意度由88%升至97%(P<0.05)。结论:PDCA循环管理方法,可以有效促进医院辅助用药的合理化及规范化,提高患者及其家属对药学服务的满意度。

Objective： To study the application and effects of PDCA cycle in the adjuvant drugs management, to provide reference for guiding principles of clieal application. Methods： By using PDCA cycle management methods, the thesis investigates the current status of adjuvant drugs, and summarizes its main problems at present. We made adjuvant management intervention on its clinical application through the comparison. By comparing the situation of irrational drug use and patient satisfaction before and after the intervention, the intervention effect was evaluated. Results： The rate of the irrational use of the adjuvant drugs in intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group （10.83% vs 2.83%, P〈0.05）. The satisfaction degree of patients and their families to the pharmaceutical services increased from 88% to 97% （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： PDCA cycle management method can effectively promote the rationalization and standardization of hospital auxiliary medication, and improve satisfaction of the patient and family to pharmaceutical care.
