心理康复护理对老年脑卒中患者SDS及ADL评分的影响

The effect of psychological rehabilitation nursing on SDS and ADL scores in elderly stroke patients

目的 探讨心理康复护理对老年脑卒中患者SDS及ADL评分的影响.方法 选取该院2014年7月-2016年1月收治的老年脑卒中患者90例为研究对象,依据随机数表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各45例.所有患者均予以常规抗卒中治疗、常规护理及康复训练,在此基础上,观察组患者予以综合心理干预.比较两组患者出院时的抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分、Barthel指数及治疗满意率.结果 观察组患者护理后SDS评分均明显低于对照组,且筛查阴性率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）;观察组患者护理后Barthel指数及生活可自理率均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）;观察组患者治疗满意率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 心理康复护理能够明显改善老年脑卒中患者的抑郁症状并提高其生活活动能力,提高患者对护理服务的满意度,值得临床推广.

Objective To explore the effect of psychological rehabilitation nursing on SDS and ADL scores in elderly stroke patients. Methods A total of 90 cases of senile stroke patients treated in this hospital from July 2014 to January 2017 were selected as the research objects and were divided into the observation group and the control group ac-cording to the random number table method, 45 cases of each group. All patients were given routine anti-stroke treat-ment, routine nursing and rehabilitation training, and the observation group patients were given comprehensive psycho-logical intervention on this basis. The self-rating depression scale （ SDS） , Barthel index and treatment satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared. Results The SDS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the negative rate of screening was significantly higher than that of the control group. And the differences were statistically significant （ P〈0. 05 ） . The Barthel index and the self-care rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant （ P〈0. 05 ） . The treatment satisfaction rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0. 05 ） . Conclusions Psychological rehabilitation nursing can significantly improve the symptoms of depression in elderly patients and improve their living activities, and improve patients＇ satisfac-tion with nursing service. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
