产科护士胜任力考评指标体系的构建 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨建立一套科学、客观的评价产科护士胜任力的指标体系。方法基于胜任特征理论,通过文献分析、理论研究和访谈法拟定产科护士岗位胜任力评价指标体系框架,运用德尔菲专家咨询法进行两轮专家咨询,获得专家的一致性意见,构建产科护士岗位胜任力评价指标体系。结果构建的产科护士岗位胜任力评价指标体系涵盖一级指标4项,二级指标20项,专家咨询代表性和可信度高。结论产科护士岗位胜任力评价指标体系各级指标的条目专家意见集中,研究结果可信度高,为考评产科护士提供了依据。 Objective To explore a set of scientific and objective indicators to evaluate the competence of ob-stetrical nurses. Methods Based on the theory of competency, the framework of the evaluation index system for the competency of obstetric nurses was drawn up through literature analysis, theoretical research and interview. The Delphy expert consultation method was used to consult two rounds of expert consultation, and the consensus opinion of the ex-perts was obtained, and the evaluation index system for the competency of obstetric nurses was constructed. Results The evaluation index system of obstetric nurses' competence includes 4 grade I indexes and 20 gradeⅡindexes. The ex-perts' authority and reliability were high. Conclusions The expert opinion on the items of all levels of the evaluation index system for the position competency of obstetrical nurses is centralized, and the research results have high credibili-ty, which provides the basis for the evaluation of obstetrical nurses.
