摘要
目的 探讨肿瘤专科医院护理人员的培训需求,为肿瘤专科医院建立以提高护士岗位能力为基础的培训模式提供依据.方法 采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法对某三甲肿瘤专科医院13名护理人员进行深度访谈,并应用Colaizzi的7步分析法对资料进行分析、整理、归纳出主题.结果 肿瘤专科医院护理人员的培训需求主要包括渴望得到及时、有效的培训,渴望强化专科知识培训,期望多种形式的评价和考核模式,期望护理管理者能够提升自身能力满足护士的培训需求.结论 肿瘤专科医院护理管理者在建立以提高护士岗位能力为基础的培训体系的同时,应关注护理人员的培训需求及专科知识的培训,开展多种形式的培训模式,还应不断提升自身的能力,满足护理人员日益变化的培训需求,从而促进护理事业的发展.
Objective To explore the training needs of nursing staff in tumor specialist hospitals, and to pro-vide the basis for the establishment of training model based on improving the capacity of nurses in tumor specialist hospi-tals. Methods The phenomenological methods in qualitative research were used to conduct in-depth interviews with 13 nurses in a Grade Three Class A Hospital. Colaizzi's seven-step analysis method was used to analyze, collate and sum-marize the data. Results The training needs of nurses in oncology hospitals mainly include the desire to get timely and effective training, the desire to strengthen specialized knowledge training, the expectation of various forms of evaluation and assessment model, and the expectation that nursing managers can improve their own ability to meet the training needs of nurses. Conclusions While establishing a training system based on improving the ability of nurses, nursing managers in specialized cancer hospitals should pay attention to the training needs of nursing staff, carry out various forms of training models and pay attention to the training of specialized knowledge. At the same time, we should con-stantly improve our ability to meet the changing training needs of nurses so as to promote the development of nursing ca-reer
