临床医学检验中血液细胞检验质量控制方法的探讨 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨临床医学检验中血液细胞检验质量控制方法。方法选取我院(2015年1月至2017年1月)收治的42例体检者健康为研究对象,抽取本组所有研究对象的静脉血液,记录各时间段血小板、血红蛋白、红细胞、白细胞指标。结果室温条件下,2 h、5 h血小板、血红蛋白、红细胞、白细胞指标均明显高于0.5 h,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。低温条件下,2 h、5 h血小板、血红蛋白、红细胞、白细胞指标均明显高于0.5 h,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。1∶5000抗凝剂比例血小板、血红蛋白、红细胞、白细胞指标均明显低于1∶10000,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在血液细胞检验中,应科学、合理的控制血液样本的存放时间、温度以及抗凝剂使用的比例,降低外界环境和时间等因素的影响,提高血液细胞检验质量,为临床提供患者准确的资料,促进患者预后改善。 Objective To explore the quality control method of blood cell test in clinical medical laboratory. Methods The health of 42 medical examiners in our hospital(January 2015-January 2017) was selected as the research object. The venous blood of all the subjects in this group was selected and the blood platelets, hemoglobin, red blood cells and white blood cells were recorded in each time period. Results At room temperature, the blood platelets, hemoglobin, red blood cells and white blood cells of 2 h and 5 h were significantly higher than that of 0.5 h, and the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05). Under low temperature, 2 h, 5 h platelet, hemoglobin, red blood cell and white blood cell index were significantly higher than 0.5 h, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05). The ratio of 1∶5000 anticoagulant to platelet, hemoglobin, red blood cell and white blood cell was significantly lower than that of 1∶10000, and the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05). Conclusion In the blood cell test, we should scientifically and rationally control the storage time, temperature and the proportion of anticoagulants, reduce the influence of the external environment and time, improve the quality of blood cell test, provide accurate data for the patients and improve the prognosis of the patients.
