西格列汀与阿卡波糖对老年2型糖尿病患者疗效和肠道激素影响的研究

Effect of Sitagliptin and Acarbose on the Efficacy and Intestinal Hormones in Elderly Type 2 Diabetic Patients

目的探讨阿卡波糖与西格列汀对2型糖尿病的临床疗效观察。方法选取自2016年1月至2017年1月于我院老年病科二病房就诊的老年2型糖尿病患者60例,试验组与对照组均应用信封法随机分组,对照组30例,口服阿卡波糖片治疗,试验组30例,口服西格列汀治疗,观察两组患者试验前后餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、胃泌素、胃饥饿素及不良反应水平。结果试验组降糖效果与对照组,没有统计学差异(P>0.05)。阿卡波糖组胃泌素用药前后有统计学差异(P<0.05),西格列汀组胃饥饿素用药前后有统计学差异(P<0.05)。

Objective To observe the effect of acarbose and sitagliptin clinical curative effect on type 2 diabetes. Methods From January 2016 to January 2017 in our hospital two geriatric ward treatment of 60 cases of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, experimental group and control group were applied randomly group, 30 cases in the control group, Acarbose Tablet oral treatment, experimental group 30 cases, oral sitagliptin treatment, observe two groups of patients before and after the test meal 2 hour blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, gastrin, ghrelin levels and adverse reactions. Results There was no statistical difference between the experimental group and the control group（P 0.05）. There were significant differences before and after gastrin medication acarbose group（P 0.05）, there was significant difference before and after sitagliptin group ghrelin treatment（P 0.05）. Conclusion Sitagliptin and acarbose on the curative effect of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes were good and have a certain influence on the intestinal hormone
