护理干预在64排螺旋CT冠状动脉血管造影检查质量中的应用效果

Effect of Nursing Intervention on the Quality of 64-slice Spiral CT Coronary Angiography

目的探究护理干预在64排螺旋CT冠状动脉血管造影检查质量中的应用效果。方法将2015年2月至2017年2月在我院接受64排螺旋CT冠状动脉血管造影检查的80例患者作为研究对象,并给予随机分组,对照组40例,给予常规护理;干预组40例,在对照组基础上综合护理干预,对两组患者呼吸配合训练及心率控制时间以及造影图像可采用率进行综合评价。结果干预组患者呼吸配合训练时间及心率控制时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05),有统计学意义;干预组造影图像可采用率达到95%,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预在64排螺旋CT冠状动脉血管造影检查中的应用,能够确保造影检查的准确性,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention in the quality of 64-slice spiral CT coronary angiography. Methods Eighty patients underwent 64-slice spiral CT coronary angiography from February 2015 to February 2017 were enrolled in this study. Forty patients were randomized and the control group was given routine care. The intervention group 40 On the basis of the control group, comprehensive nursing intervention was used to evaluate the respiration training and the rate of heart rate control and the rate of angiography in the two groups. Results The training time and heart rate control time of the intervention group were significantly shorter than those of the control group（P0.05）, the statistical rate of the intervention group was 95%, compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）. Conclusion The application of nursing intervention in 64-slice spiral CT coronary angiography can ensure the accuracy of angiography and is worthy of popularization and application.
